Terry Cochran has limited his practice to representing individuals who have sustained serious personal injuries including traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, severe burns, loss of earning ability, psychiatric and psychological trauma, exposure to toxins and other life altering events. Eileen E. Kroll
Eileen E. Kroll worked as a nurse prior to her becoming an attorney. Specializing in medical malpractice, she brings a wealth of experience through her trial litigation background combined with her extensive medical legal expertise.
She handles all aspects of medical malpractice litigation including birth trauma, as well as claims involving general medical issues in emergency medicine, family practice, cardiology, orthopedic surgery and failure to diagnose cancer cases. Eileen Kroll works tirelessly to maximize the outcome of each case. In her free time, Eileen is actively involved in protecting victim’s rights.
William E. Gray
William E. Gray has almost a quarter century of experience as a trial attorney. He specializes in the areas of personal injury, auto negligence, Michigan no-fault, premises liability, wrongful death, worker’s compensation. and social security disability claims. He holds a law degree from The University of Detroit-Mercy School of Law.
Laura A. Johnson
Laura A. Johnson joined Cochran, Kroll and Associates in August 2012 and was sworn into the practice of law in November of that year. Her areas of specialty include medical malpractice and nursing malpractice.
Laura attended Wayne State University Law School and obtained her Juris Doctor degree, receiving both the Silver Key Award for academic accomplishments, as well as the Book Award in Environmental Law.
Elizabethann B. Cochran
Beth graduated Magna Cum Laude from Eastern Michigan University in 2011 with a Bachelor of Science in Public Law and Government and a minor in Political Science. While attending Eastern Michigan University she was active in their traveling mock trial team. Beth attended Wayne State University’s Law School and obtained her Juris Doctorate in 2014. While attending Wayne State University Beth participated in Legal Advocacy for People with Cancer.
Jeffrey M. Mussin
Jeffrey M. Mussin started with Cochran, Kroll & Associates as a paralegal, and was promoted to attorney after being admitted to practice in the State of Michigan in 2016. His experience and honors at trial competitions have shaped his strength in the area of Personal Injury Litigation.
Jeff graduated from Eastern Michigan University in 1998 with a Bachelor of Science in Journalism/Computer Science. He obtained his Juris Doctor with ABA Certifications in Civil Litigation and Criminal Law from the State University of New York at Buffalo in 2001.
